Every time I have been to Succulents by ShelNe has been a great and positive memory. Often Nevaeh is there and my kids love talking with her and seeing the things she made or likes. Shelby is always kind and helpful. Not just to my family but I hear her with other customers helping and being kind and helpful. This is a great addition to Mount Joy and the surrounding areas. Shelby and Nene (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) are the best!! This shop is a plant lovers dream! Both Shelby and her sweet daughter know more about plants than I ever hope to know. They are so helpful and even offer to help you maintain your awesome plants after you take them home. They always make sure their plants are in optimum shape when they send them home with you. What a beautiful experience. My friends had heard about this place and when I told them about my new found love of succulents and looking forward a rare one, recommended me checking this one out! So we road tripped out and the owner was so vibrant and full of life and recommendations! Left with way more than I went in for but was all worth it. Stopped in for a gift and was blown away by the selection and also by the customer service. This store is locally and family owned and operated and has tremendous customer focus. The owner is very knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for and asked me great questions to get the ideal gift for the person I was shopping for. Super cute shop, the owner taught my kiddo how to take care of his air plant (not me, spoke directly to him which I appreciated!). When we got home to plant our beds I had a mix of plants this shop and a nursery. You could easily pick out which were from ShelNe, the soil was noticeably better than a nursery. My daughter and I stumbled upon this gem of a shop yesterday and got the most unique little plants to add to our collection.
